美魔女向海嵐拍陳倩揚分享健康凍齡心得
由陳倩揚主持的香港開電視新節目《你得我得大家得》，剛邀請得有「凍齡港姐」之稱的向海嵐（Anne）分享Keep Fit經驗，交流健康飲食之道，值得所有女生參考！
向海嵐今年已經45歲，但她依然是不少電視迷心目中的 「最美楊貴妃」。2008年以後，向海嵐便淡出娛樂圈，觀眾很難再看到她的身影。雖然向海嵐離開了娛樂圈一段日子，但她卻沒有忽略保養，因為她認為自己一天是香港小姐，一輩子都是香港小姐，所以任何時候都要以最好的狀態示人。相信陳倩揚就是看這一點，故特意邀請Anne分享她真實的凍齡心得。
Keep Fit相信是不少女性的「終身責任」，港姐冠軍出身的Anne亦不例外，Anne過去曾試不同減肥節食方法，而在節目上，她亦透露：「試過唔同方法減肥，以前以為自己食早餐會肥，曾經一段好長時間覺得唔可以食早餐，但之後發覺呢個方法係錯，而家我最著重係早餐。」
現時Anne奉行健康飲食原則，除了有食用保健產品之外，還大爆三文魚成了家中的必備食材：「三文魚係急凍，所以屋企可以擺好多，係好理想嘅食材，而且三文魚煮嘅時候唔易出錯、好方便，自己喜歡用三文魚做晚餐，夜晚主要食魚、肉同菜，六點之後甚少食有糖份嘅食物。」
其實早前向海嵐Anne也曾夥拍譚小環、李綺虹以及楊思琦參與旅遊節目《香港親善小姐》，同樣有分享保持健康佚事向海嵐說自己曾試過靠節食去減肥，結果就健身事：「我曾經自己患上厭食症，試過有段想吃的東西很少，到有次魚蛋粉，怎麼知道吃了兩粒魚蛋就想嘔吐，後看才知道原來是胃和胃酸倒流，所以現在會營養飲食，也有營養跟師去釐定飲食，盡量少食加工類食物。」現在的她會配合營養師的飲食飲食和定時運動去維持身體型。
另外在護膚方面，向海嵐會慢慢去接受美容護膚，她認為化妝品一定不能懶惰，所以回家後會繼續做自己的保養。

I noticed the "no makeup" makeup look is in lately, so here's my take...with winged liner ? I can't do my makeup without it ? A lot of you guys said you prefer natural makeup looks on Instagram, so I hope you like this one! I learned so many mini techniques to enhance natural makeup during quarantine..but I know I've been doing a lot of neutrals lately, so the next one will be more avant-garde/artsy, I promise!
